Man it’s like pulling teeth, me getting my act together. I have still not bottled my Rocky Mountain lager. I can’t believe it. Well this Saturday is THE day and that’s all there is to it. In fact I’m going to bottle AND brew. I think I’ll do another Rocky Mountain as I liked the recipe and would like another shot at it, this time without letting it sit in the fermenter for over two months. Having said that, however, the talk on a few home brew forums that I’ve read indicates there’s every chance the current lager of the garden will be ok to drink. A quick taste and smell test should make things pretty clear.
I’ll need to pick up a kit, yeast and maybe some hops. I’ll work out my list tomorrow.
